Pastoor Hendrikstraat is one of the main roads of San Nicolas. The street is named after Father Franciscus Hendriks O.P. Hendriks (1870-1942) was the first pastor of the Santa Theresia Church in San Nicolas in the years 1929-1933.
The Pastoor Hendrikstraat Apartments are not located on the busy main road but on a quiet inner bend of the street. The property was built in the early 1950's by an employee of the Lago Oil & Transport Company and was a notary's office from 1978 until the late 1990s. Then it fell into disrepair. In 2019, José Martis bought the property and converted it into a luxurious apartment complex.
The Pastoor Hendrikstraat Apartments are located in the middle of San Nicolas on a quiet road; they have their own parking accommodation; are equipped with air conditioning and wifi; and are practical and nicely furnished. Nearby there are bus stops, supermarkets etc.
